Teacher: Hello. This is Steven Cheng from the Nuclear Power Plant construction site in China. I got your memo about the delay in delivering the turbines from our partner in Japan. This is really bad news for the project. We’re already two months behind schedule and the customer’s starting to get very impatient with this. As you maybe realize, a delay in installing the turbines holds up many other parts of the overall construction process. Exactly how long will we need to wait and what am I expected to tell our customer? This has put me in a bit of tight spot. Please call me as soon as you get this message. I have the mobile with me and the number is 1298-3256. Thanks. This is Steven Cheng and I’ll be waiting for your call.

Part F –  Question 11: Express an opinion
